The "Sanitary Laundry" began operating in June of 1906. Originally, the business was located on East Second Street, but moved to South Boulevard in 1908 Rowland Stewart Ferguson (1889-1966) stands by his laundry truck at 210 North Cecil Street, now known as Kings Drive.
